HEALTH & FITNESS WEREN’T ALWAYS PART OF MY LIFE
I was that girl people talked about when they said “she has a great personality” or “she has a pretty face“.
You know the person I’m talking about.
In 2002, I hit my rock bottom. The scale tipped 300lbs, I was tired of pretending to be happy with my body and worried about all the health issues quickly approaching.
In December 2002, after a lifetime of self loathing, fad diets, starvation tactics and pills, I chose to have a gastric bypass.
BUT THAT’S NOT HOW I LOST THE WEIGHT.
IT TOOK WORK AND MORE WORK
Shortly after my surgery, I got pregnant and stretched out my new tool. Not wanting a revision and desperately wanting to be a positive role model for my daughter, I made huge efforts to lose the weight. By changing my nutrition and getting on a set fitness routine, I found success.
By educating myself and changing my relationship with food and fitness, I’ve been able to maintain my weight loss and improve my overall health and well-being.
THERE IS NO ONE SIZE FITS ALL PLAN.
We are all unique, come from different backgrounds, have different needs, family obligations, work commitments AND, let’s face it, WHO HAS THE TIME????
When it comes to setting health goals, I take a personalized, whole person approach and help you find time for your wellness, even during a busy day.

Now, I support others that feel they don’t have time for their health or lack the motivation to get started.
I help people, with little time, dig deep and find their “why” to get them on track with their health & fitness goals.
