The point of the pouch reset diet is to restrict the amount of food and types of food that you eat.
The 2 day reset is for
those that are having a weight stall or need to get back in the bariatric meal mindset.
This will not shrink your stomach long-term
(No “Reset” diet will)
You may eat the meals in any order
Eat every 2-1/2 to 3 hours – no sooner no later
Drink 64oz.+ of water or sugar-free beverage
No carbonated beverages
Do not drink 30 minutes before or after the meal
Protein shakes must have 20G+ protein and
less than 5g sugar
Take a multivitamin daily
